Great open faced breakfast sandwich with a twist on Eggs Benedict from the famous Snooze Eatery in Denver, CO.

Free-range house pork, shaved ham, gruyere cheese, homemade pickles and a sunny side egg (or your call) with Dijon hollandaise, served up open-face on a hoagie roll.
Havana Daydreaming

Hello! Welcome to your favorite foodie's new blog. I am excited to start this adventure and show you all the new and exciting places to try locally and around the world. I am on this new adventure where traveling more is a priority. So hopefully new culture and new food is definitely in store.

My first post will be about Snooze, An A.M. Eatery in Denver, CO.

My girls and I took a random trip to explore Colorado and had to see what all the hype of Snooze was about. With a crazy amount of positive reviews from Yelp and some recommendations we decided to try it out for breakfast. #ifyouaintyelpinyouainthelpin You could tell it was a hot commodity due to the wait and line outside in THE FREEZING COLD. (I will take 100 degree weather over anything below 60. What can I say, I'm from Southern California).

Service

I think service is a very important aspect to a restaurant, or anywhere really. The service here was quick for how many people were there, and the waiters had great suggestions. Give me all the suggestions! I was suggested to get the Havana Daydreaming. I was apprehensive due to the fact that there was shredded ham (I prefer whole), but decided to go for it anyway.

I was pleasantly surprised. The Dijon Hollandaise completely made the dish. Open faced on a Hoagie roll was the base of this breakfast delicacy. Then came the Hollandaise, topped with a slice of pork, shaved ham, gruyere cheese, homemade pickles, and my choice of an over-easy egg with a side of hash browns. I would definitely be back to Snooze to try one of everything on that breakfast menu. Snooze also has locations in CA, TX, and AZ.
