That PB&J Burger

Alright guys. Bombdiggity is a new place, but has been around for awhile. They started off as a catering family biz, and then opened up a restaurant just 7 weeks ago. I have been here twice and tried two different burgers and two different loaded fries. First time was the "Bombdiggity Fries" and "That PB&J Burger." PB&J you say?! I know it sounds weird, I was apprehensive at first also, buuuuut talk about an explosion of flavors. You definitely need something to drink with it due to the thickness of the peanut butter. The Jalepeno jam and bacon was the perfect amount of spice to add to the peanut butter. It was VERY messy but very delicious. They do serve fries, but you have to ask for them or else they will serve you their homemade chips (also tasty, but remember I'm a fry gal).

Gun to my head and I had to choose my last meal, loaded fries. JK I would not be able to choose, but these loaded fries were very appealing on the menu so we gave them a whirl. If you have had animal fries before, Bombdiggity Fries are animal style fries but better. Curly fries instead of shoe string allows for cheese, sauce, and onions to cover more ground, if you know what I mean. Who else's biggest pet peeve is when you get loaded fries and the only thing loaded is the first five fries on top?! #sayitlouderforthepeopleintheback The proportion of fry to toppings was just right.

Lets talk about my second trip now.

The second trip I had the Frisco Burger and Feelin' Cheesy Fries. First off, can't go wrong with loaded fries. Second off, can't go wrong with hot cheetos (you will most likely see many more hot cheeto topped dishes). I personally liked the Feelin' Cheesy Fries better than the bombdiggity fries. Topped with mac and cheese, I mean can they do anything more right? #10outof10wouldgetagain

Now The Frisco. I was a little disappointed, I'm not going to lie. Sourdough bread, grilled onions, provolone (fav), bombdiggity sauce... all perfect. My ONLY complaint was the grilled Parmesan. It seemed to be a little too burnt for my liking. I would like to try this one again, but scratch the grilled Parmesan on the bread.

Service

Service was great again. Both times I have been there, what I have seen to be as the family, has been very welcoming. They were quick to ask if everything was okay and if we would come back again. Which we did. It is a very homey environment with a couple TV's and a small eating area. There is not much room for big parties so don't plan on bringing the whole gang.

Bombdiggity has been a place for delicious gourmet style comfort food. They have twists on classic burgers, hot dogs, and fries. A great environment, great food, and great staff, what more can you ask for?
